NEMO Health Begins First Class Customer Service Initiative

On August 22nd, NEMO Health launched our initiative to achieve first class customer service! It was an exciting day that included a presentation by professional speaker Michael Angelo Caruso, followed by a signed promise by all employees that we will dedicate themselves to this mission. We ended the day with an ice cream treat to celebrate our sweet days ahead. The goal of first class customer service is for NEMO Health to strengthen relationships with customers and continue to expand our services.

 

Within first class customer service NEMO will work towards satisfying the 5 Cs of customer service:

 

• Commitment

• Communication

• Compassion

• Continuous

• Change
